A Certificate of Insurance from your insurance company is required verifying that you have obtained the coverage required under the terms of your lease. It is important that the Management Office always have a current certificate for each tenant group on file.

The Certificate of Insurance must name the following as Additional Insureds:

• 1100G Holdings LLC as Owner
• LPC Commercial Services, Inc. as Manager
• MC Real Estate Partners, LLC

Please refer to your lease for the proper liability limits. The Certificate should be mailed to the Management Office and will be maintained as part of your lease file.
